Nancy Lenora Shelton, age 56, of Vevay, Indiana, entered this life on October 8, 1964 in Dearborn County, Indiana. She was the loving daughter of the late Donald C. and Patricia Evelyn (Thompson) Shelton. She was raised in Aurora, Indiana where she attended high school. Nancy was employed for Kellogg’s in Florence, Kentucky for eight years and later for Sabatasso Foods in Florence, Kentucky for six years. She resided in the Vevay community for the past 17 years with her loving companion, Scott. Nancy enjoyed watching TV, spending time with her nieces and nephews and gardening, as well as, crafts. Nancy passed away at 12:15 a.m., Thursday, June 10, 2021, at her residence in Vevay, Indiana.
Nancy will be missed by her loving companion, Scott Parker Pennington of Vevay, IN; her sisters, Theresa McAdams of Aurora, IN, Susan Shelton of Florence, KY, Tina Gutapfel and her husband, Dan of Sunman, IN and Laura Tice and her husband, John of Vevay, IN; her brothers, Kenneth Shelton of Vevay, IN, Paul W. Shelton and his wife, Chris of Alvin, TX and Marvin Shelton and his wife, Hyong Sun of Fort Hood, TX; her numerous nieces and nephews that she loved to spoil and her dogs, Ninja and Blue.
She was preceded in death by her son, Scott Paul Pennington, Jr.; her father, Donald C. Shelton; her mother, Patricia Evelyn “Pat” (Thompson) Shelton; her sisters, Louise Covington, Mary Ann Kuntz and Linda Mae Shelton; her brothers, Donald Rick Shelton and Tracy Shelton; her nephew, Robert Ross Richards and her great-nephews, Cayden Foster and Luca James Wooten.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, June 15, 2021, at 1:00 p.m., by Rev. Mike Jones, at the Haskell & Morrison Funeral Home, 208 Ferry Street Vevay, Indiana 47043.
Interment will follow in the Vevay Cemetery, Vevay, Indiana.
