The St. Louis 7th Grade Volleyball team fall to The Sunman-Dearborn Lady Trojans 25-9, 25-16.

The Batesville Boys and Girls Cross Country team hosted their opening season meet and they both got off to a 3 and 0 start on Thursday night by defeating Greensburg, North Decatur, and South Decatur.

The Jac-Cen-Del junior high cross country teams opened the season tonight (Thursday) in a tri-meet at JCD with Sunman Dearborn and Milan.

The JCD girls’ team was 2nd and the JCD boys’ team was 1st.

The Oldenburg Academy Boys Soccer team lost to Knightstown Thursday evening 1-0.

The Batesville Lady Bulldogs Volleyball team defeated The Connersville Lady Spartans 12-25, 15-25, 25-20, 25-20, 15-4.

The Bulldogs JV won 4-1.

The Batesville boy’s varsity tennis team defeated Connersville 5-0 to improve to 2-0 on the season and 1-0 in the EIAC.

The EC Volleyball teams swept South Dearborn in convincing fashion tonight.

The Batesville Lady Bulldogs opened up their 2015 soccer season with a convincing 8-1 win over the Union County Lady Patriots.

Batesville outshot Union County 57-2.

Milan High School Girls Varsity Volleyball falls to South Dearborn High School 17-25, 25-10, 25-19, 25-14.

The Lady Knights JV won.

The Lady Indians Freshman won 25-12 and 25-9.

The Lady Pirates hosted the Lady Shiners of Rising Sun and came away with a 5-1 victory.

Solid play and passing created many shots and runs for the host team.
