2 new cases but no new local COVID-19 deaths reported Tuesday

Statewide — The Indiana Department of Health announced yesterday that 302 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19.

Locally, Ripley and Dearborn counties each had one new positive case. There were no new cases reported in Franklin or Decatur counties. And there were no additional deaths reported in the four-county area.

Across the state, 10 more Hoosiers have died as a result of the coronavirus.

A total of 5.3 million vaccination doses have been administered in Indiana. This includes 2.7 million first doses and 2.6 million people who are fully vaccinated.
