BATESVILLE, Ind. – Two Batesville men are facing drug charges after police say they found marijuana and paraphernalia during a search of an apartment.
Batesville police obtained a warrant through the Franklin County Circuit Court authorizing them to search a residence at Canterbury apartments on Arlington Drive.
Officers raided the apartment Sunday night and it resulted in the arrest of Austin Garland and Jacob Ferguson, both 21-years-old.
Ferguson was booked into the Franklin County Jail on suspicion of dealing marijuana (class A misdemeanor) and Garland was charged with possession of marijuana (class B misdemeanor).
