Brookville, In. — Oldenburg Academy student, Ingrid Miller has been named the 2018 Franklin County 4-H Fair queen. Grace Moster is Miss Congeniality and First Runner-Up, Clare Weidner is Second Runner-Up and Alexa Brehm was Third Runner-Up.
Audrey Campbell, Miss Indiana State Fair 2018 also made a special appearance.
The Franklin County 4-H Fair will be held July 11 through 15 this year.
