FAYETTE COUNTY, Ind. — Indiana Conservation Officers in Fayette County are again offering a guided turkey hunt to wounded veterans.
Steve Davis is offering the opportunity for a wounded veteran to turkey hunt and get into the woods.
Davis wants to share his joy in the sport.
After an injury causing him to become a quadriplegic, Davis has created a hunting trailer that is wheelchair accessible.
The hunt is planned for April 29th and 30th which falls on opening weekend this year.
