Statewide — The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) has reported that 1,581 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 on Monday. A total of 136,555 Indiana residents have tested positive for the coronavirus. To date, 1,495,852 individual tests have been reported to ISDH at a 9.1% positivity rate and 6 new deaths were reported for a total of 3,568 Hoosier deaths across the state.
Dearborn County has a total of 791 cases and 28 deaths reported (up 10 new cases), Decatur County has a total of 478 positive cases and 39 deaths (up 1 new case), Franklin County has 327 positive cases and 25 deaths (no change), and Ripley County has 363 positive cases and 8 deaths (up 4 new cases). Locally, this is an increase of 15 new positive cases.
