Laurel, In. — The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department made 13 drug arrests over a 17-day period in Laurel and Posey Township.
Police arrested Shella Rose Halpin, 53, Bailey Halpin, 17, Johnie Raymond Hammons Jr., 28, Terry Lance Purcifull,27, Anthony James Blevins, 22, Travis Barrow, 30, Johnie Ray Hammons Snr., 54, Kimberly Hammons, 49, Tanya Littleton, 46, Justin Lee-Wayne Peters, 29, Larry Lewis, 54, Richard David Reese, 25, and Arnold Bulmer, 58.
All face multiple drug related charges.
