DECATUR COUNTY, IN — Christopher Allen is being held on a $10 million commercial bond following his initial hearing in Decatur Circuit Court on Attempted Murder, Aggravated Battery, and Battery on Law Enforcement charges.
The 48-year-old Allen was arrested by Greensburg Police following an incident Monday afternoon on North West Street.
Mark Jones was appointed Allen’s defense attorney.
Judge Timothy Day has set a June 7 trial date.
