Statewide — The Indiana State Department of Health has reported that 919 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 on Wednesday. A total of 674,430 Indiana residents have tested positive for the coronavirus. To date, 3,193,023 individual tests have been reported to ISDH at a 21.1% positive rate and 16 new deaths were reported for a total of 12,482 Hoosiers have died across the state.
Franklin County reported no new cases for two consecutive days, and Decatur and Dearborn Counties reported no new cases for Wednesday.
Dearborn County has a total of 5,540 cases and 72 deaths reported (up 0 new cases), Decatur County has a total of 2,732 positive cases and 92 deaths (up 0 new cases), Franklin County has 1,611 positive cases and 35 deaths (up 0 new cases), and Ripley County has 3,290 positive cases and 65 deaths (up 1 new case and 1 new death).
