Viola “Toby” Brooks, 94, of Lawrenceburg, Indiana, formerly of Aurora, IN and Connersville, IN, passed away Thursday, March 3, 2016.
She was born Sunday, June 19, 1921 in Campbell County Kentucky, daughter of the late Oliver Webster and the late Rosa Bachman Webster.
Viola enjoyed being a homemaker, and loved antiques.
She enjoyed home decorating and camping in her younger years. Viola enjoyed having yard sales, and browsing yard sales.
Surviving are nieces and nephews, Jackie Steele Wurth of Independence, Ky, Linda (David) Pitstick, Lonnie (Sally) Steele, Merle (Sarah) Steele, Robert Steele, Donna (Clay) Montang.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Leslie Brooks; sisters, Jessie Yelton, and Helen Steele; and brothers, Edwin Webster, and Albert Webster.
Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 am Friday, March 18, 2016 at River View Cemetery.
