Thomas Lee “Tommy” Tice, 66, of Versailles, IN, formerly of Aurora, IN, passed away Friday, December 4, 2015 in Louisville, KY.
He was born Saturday, October 1, 1949 in Freemont, MI, Son of the late Perry Tice and the late Ella Brown Tice.
Tommy was a self employed logger.
He attended the Shelby Church Of Christ in Versailles, IN. Tommy enjoyed hunting, fishing, and making crafts. He also played Santa Claus at the Silver Memories Nursing Home for several years. He loved to spend time with family.
Surviving are his son, Thomas “TJ” Tice of Whitehall, MI; daughter, Wendy Tice of Twin Lakes, MI; siblings, Ted (Donna) Tice of Versailles, IN., Paul (Barb) Tice of Elizabethtown, OH., Winfred (Becky) Tice of Milford, OH., Stevie Tice of Fremont, MI., Kenny (Donna) Tice of Muskegon, MI., Barb Tice of Holton, MI., and Frances Eyestone of Muskegon, MI.; 2 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Tice and daughter, Lucille Tice.
Services will be held Saturday, January 9, 2016 at the New Life Baptist Church at 1:00 pm with Brother Dwayne Barrows officiating.
