GREENSBURG, Ind. — A Tennessee man has been arrested in Decatur County after a criminal investigation into sexual misconduct.
According to police, Jordan D. Moore, 20, of Lebanon, Tennessee was arrested on the charge of Sexual Misconduct with a Minor.
Investigators say that Moore met with a 14-year-old girl in January and engaged in sexual intercourse.
A relative of the girl realized that she was not home that night, and went to look for her and found the two at a motel.
By the time police arrived Moore had left.
The girl said Moore was aware of her age and they had been in a relationship for around a month.
A plea of not guilty was entered at bond was set at $10,000.
A jury trial is set for August 29.
