Sutton ends 27-year career with Excise

SEYMOUR, Ind. – Indiana State Excise Police Officer Tim Sutton is retiring after 27 years of service.

The Osgood resident was hired in 1987 and spent his entire career working at the Excise Police office in Seymour.

Sutton was previously employed by the Indiana State Police as a Motor Carrier Inspector.

He will continue to work in law enforcement as a Prosecutor’s Investigator with the Dearborn County Crimes Unit.
