Stella E. Winkle, 91 of Osgood, passed away at Manderley Health Care in Osgood October 17, 2016. Stella was born Saturday October 10, 1925 in Cincinnati, Ohio the daughter of Western and Stella (McFarland) Tutt. She married Harold Winkle May 29, 1946 and he preceded her in death June 27, 1992.
Stella worked as a payroll clerk for Frisch’s in Cincinnati until retiring, then she worked at K-Mart and Wal-Mart in Greensburg. She enjoyed spending time with her family and doing cross word puzzles.
Stella is survived by Sons: Harold (Ruby) Winkle of Cincinnati, Marc and (Twila) Winkle of Osgood. 4 Grandchildren, many Great-Grandchildren, several Great-Great- Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Winkle, one grandson, Joshua in 2000, 2 brothers, 3 sisters.
Graveside service will be 10 AM Thursday October 20, 2016 at New Craven Cemetery 6930 East County Road 200 North Milan, IN 47031 with Pastor Tommy Beatly officiating. Burial will follow in New Craven Cemetery. Memorials may be given to the Delaware United Methodist Church.
