Many students look forward to snow days throughout the year, but those cancellations do catch up. Batesville Community School Corporation announced a plan to make up three snow days that occurred on Dec. 6, Dec. 10, and Dec. 16.
Batesville Superintendent Dr. Jim Roberts informed the Board of School Trustees Monday evening that make-up days will be: Monday Jan. 20 (Martin Luther King Jr. Day), Monday Feb. 17 (President’s Day) and Friday Apr. 18 (Good Friday).
If another snow day would occur, Roberts indicated that the next make-up day will be Monday March 17, which is the first day of Spring Break.
