Sharon J. Caldwell, 51 of Harrison, OH departed this life on Sunday, December 8, 2013 at her home.

She was born July 12, 1962 in Connersville, IN, a daughter of Earnest R. and Dorothy E. (Reese) Phillips.

Sharon enjoyed antiquing, fishing, crafts and most of all spending time with family and friends.

She is survived by a son, Ryan Phillips Caldwell of Harrison, OH; a daughter, Shawna Kay Caldwell of Cincinnati, OH; three grandsons, Logan and Connor Caldwell and Duncan Campbell; her father, Earnest R. Phillips of Brookville; two sisters, Tina (Dennis) Nunier of Brookville, IN and Melinda Burkhart of West Harrison, OH; her companion, Joe Wolf of Harrison, OH; a step-daughter, Jodi Wolf of Scottsdale, AZ; a step-son, Dennis Wolf II of Blue Jay, OH and two step-granddaughters, Destiny Malone and Marissa Cooper.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy E. Phillips.

Calling will be from 4 – 8 p.m. Thursday, December 12, 2013 at Cook Funeral Home in Brookville, IN where funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Autism Society of Greater Cincinnati.

On Saturday, November 28 the Fourth Annual “Walk Off the Gravy” will begin at 10:00 AM.  Jerry Wilson will be the walk leader.  He has planned about a two hour walk that will take place on paved surfaces on the roadways on top of the big hill which could include the Campgrounds, Day Horse Area, Fire Tower Road, etc.  The assembly point will be the Oak Grove Shelter Parking Lot. Friends, family, and well behaved pets are welcome.  Should it be raining or rain is imminent, the events will be cancelled.  As always, proper footwear, fluids, hiking stick, and a camera are good ideas.
