Rush County Man Arrested On Child Porn Charges

A Rush County man is facing seven felony charges after he was arrested as part of an ongoing investigation into the distribution and possession of child pornography by the Indiana Crimes Against Children Task Force.

Daniel Jackson, 66, of Arlington, was arrested and booked into the Rush County Jail Tuesday afternoon.

Authorities have charged Jackson with four counts of Child Exploitation (Class C Felony), one count of Child Solicitation (Class C Felony), one count of Possession of Child Pornography (Class D Felony) and one count of Performing Sexual Conduct in the Presence of a Minor (Class D Felony).

Investigators are asking if anyone knows of any children that may have had contact with Jackson in the past year.
