Rotary Club/Coalition hold Community Issues Forum

BATESVILLE, Ind. — Yesterday the Batesville Rotary Club along with the Coalition for a Drug Free Batesville hosted the second Critical Issues Community Forum titled the Heroin Epidemic: Silent Victims.

Panel members included Ripley County Circuit Court Judge, Ryan King; Executive Director of Southeastern Indiana Voices for Children, Tonya Ruble-Richter; a Family Case Manager with the Indiana Department of Children’s Services of Decatur County, Justin Rowland; and the Executive Direct of the Children’s Advocacy Center of Southeastern Indiana, Sarah Brichto.

The panel talked about how the Heroin Epidemic silently affects kids in ways many people don’t think about.
