‘Reality Check’ for area students a success

Osgood, In. — WRBI Radio conducted the annual 8th grade reality check on Thursday at Jac-Cen-Del High School.

Eighth graders from several local districts had the opportunity to get a taste of adult life by making choices, picking careers, budgeting money, getting an education and dealing with family situations. Educators, students and volunteers say the experience provides a valuable lesson for their future.
