Ralph Graham Jester, age 93, of Brookville, Indiana died Monday, December 23, 2013 at Bradford Place in Hamilton, Ohio.

 

Born December 12, 1920 in Moorefield, Indiana, he was the son of the late Fred & Sarah (Reed) Jester.  He was a World War II Veteran of the U.S. Army.

 

He was united in marriage to the former Mattie M. Estridge on August 23, 1948, and she preceded him in death on July 13, 2003.  He was a member of the Oak Forest Church of Christ.

 

Ralph was a retired U.S. Government Inspector.

 

Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Ralph (Debbie) Jester of Hamilton, Ohio; four grandchildren, Michelle (Doug) Riley, Samantha (Eric) Sacksteder, Rob (Angie) Jester, and Jason Brockman; as well as seven great-grandchildren.

 

Besides his wife, Mattie, he was preceded in death by 12 brothers & sisters.

 

Family & friends may visit from 4 till 8:00 P.M. on Friday, December 27, 2013 at the Oak Forest Church of Christ, 13071 St. Marys Road, Brookville.

 

Funeral Services will be conducted at 10:30 A.M. on Saturday, December 28, 2013 at the Oak Forest Church of Christ.  Burial with full military graveside rites by the Bernard Hurst Post #77 of the American Legion will follow in Maple GroveCemetery in Brookville.
