Oct 7 @ 10:00 am
Medicare Open Enrollment is October 1 through December 7, 2015. This is a time when Medicare beneficiaries may make changes in their prescription drug and/or Advantage plans without penalties. The State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) provides free, unbiased health insurance information to people with Medicare. SHIP helps those already enrolled or those getting ready to enroll in Medicare to be wise consumers and get the most value for their healthcare dollars. To learn more about your Medicare options, Marj Willer, SHIP volunteer, will be on-hand at several libraries and the Batesville YMCA on several dates.
