Police: Drunk Teen Threatened Woman, Others 

St. PAUL, Ind. –A teenager is facing a list of charges after being arrested for threatening multiple people while intoxicated, police said.

Decatur County deputies arrested 19-year-old Johnathon L. Johnson on suspicion of felony Intimidation, and misdemeanor charges of Battery, Battery Resulting in Bodily Injury and Illegal Consumption of an Alcoholic Beverage.

Police were called to a location near the St. Paul gymnasium Wednesday night in reference to a drunk man “trying to pick up girls,” the Greensburg Daily News reports.

Johnson allegedly admitted to underage drinking and registered a .21 during a breathalyzer test.

Police received multiple complaints in reference to Johnson.  One woman told police that she was approached by Johnson, and when she declined sex, he grabbed her throat and threatened to kill her and her child, the newspaper reports.

Another man alleged Johnson grabbed him and threatened to cut his throat.

The suspect is also accused of yelling racial slurs at basketball players at the gym, and harassing females.

According to the newspaper, an initial court appearance is scheduled for Feb. 16, 2015.
