BROOKVILLE, Ind. – It was a close call between a person and car on State Road 1 Friday.
Around 7:30 p.m., Franklin County dispatchers said the southbound lane was closed after a vehicle struck a pedestrian.
A man was walking along the road when he was clipped by the mirror of a passing vehicle, dispatchers said. He was not seriously hurt.
The road reopened following the investigation.
