Off-Road Vehicle Enforcement Handled By DNR

BROOKVILLE – Franklin County Commissioners recently discussed enforcement efforts regarding off-road vehicles in the county.

Registration rules are superseded by the Indiana DNR, the Franklin County Observer reported.

Conservation officers have the right to stop and cite any off-road vehicle not displayed with a proper registration sticker. Residents can receive registrations from a BMV office for $30 and the sticker is valid for three years.

Valid registration is required for all off-road vehicles even those that remain on the farm.
