VERSAILLES, Ind. — Clinton Williams, 50, of North Vernon has been convicted for burglarizing a residence in Holton from back in March of 2013.
According to court records, Williams pleaded guilty to Burglary in exchange for the dismissal of 2 counts of Residential Entry and Theft.
Williams was sentenced to 14 years, 8 behind bars, followed by 6 of probation.
The judge also ordered Williams to serve 40 hours of community service as well as pay $5,122 in restitution to the victim.
