Nancy M. (Collett) Green, 83, of Batesville, Indiana, formerly of Aurora, Indiana, passed away peacefully Thursday, April 21, 2016 in Batesville, Indiana.
She was born Sunday, September 4, 1932 in Otway, Ohio, daughter of the late Willard Franklin and Nancy Garnett (Snook) Collette.
Nancy married WWII veteran, Edward Green Jr. on August 9, 1947. Nancy enjoyed playing cards, doing word puzzles and spending time doing things for and with her family.
Surviving are her son, Paul (Karen-dec) Green of Crawfordville, FL, her daughters, Brenda (Robert) Walton of Aurora, IN, Pamela Feezle of Aurora, IN, and Tammy (Terry) Wiegand of Osgood, IN; 7 grandchildren, Kelly (Milton) Harrington, Crawfordville, FL., Aaron (Janellen) Green, Tallahassee, FL., Shawn Barrett, New Orleans, LA., Ryan (Danielle) Barrett, Harrison, OH., Andy (Bonnie) Walton, El Paso, TX., Matthew (Julie) Walton, Fishers, IN., and Kimberly (Dave) Penrod, of Bluffton, IN.; 7 great grandchildren and 3 great, great grandchildren; broher, Gorden (Phyllis) Collett of Westerville, OH. and sister, Janice (Collette) Fry; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Edward and 3 infant children.
Friends will be received Saturday, April 30, 2016 from Noon – 2:00 pm at Rullman Hunger Funeral Home.
Services will be immediately following the memorial visitation at 2:00 pm.
