Mr. Kenneth Clair “Bucky” Pavy, age 75, of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, formerly of Switzerland County, Indiana, entered this life on June 6, 1941, in Fairview, Indiana, the son of the late, Wilbur F. and Edith (Orem) Pavy. He was raised in Fairview, Indiana and was a 1959 graduate of Vevay High School where he played baseball and basketball on the Vevay Warriors team. Bucky was united in marriage on February 22, 1959 in Crothersville, Indiana to Betty Hayes and to this union arrived five sons, Gary, Greg, Glenn, Galen and Grant to bless their home. Bucky and Betty shared 57 years of marriage together until his death. Bucky helped his dad, Wilbur farm the family farm in Fairview, Indiana. He was an avid bowler and owned Swiss Valley Lanes in Vevay, Indiana. Bucky retired from Landmark Automotive in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. He was also a door greeter for Wal-Mart in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. He was a member and former Associate Pastor at Sonset Fellowship in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. He was a former member of Fairview United Methodist Church in Fairview, Indiana. Bucky will be dearly missed by his loving family and friends.

Bucky will be dearly missed by his loving wife of 57 years: Betty (Hayes) Pavy of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee; his sons: Gary Pavy of Vevay, Indiana, Greg Pavy and his wife: Traci of Vevay, Indiana, Glenn Pavy and his wife: Margaret of Madison, Indiana, Galen Pavy and his wife: Karen of Columbia, Tennessee and Grant Pavy and his wife: Rebecca of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee; his 26 grandchildren and his 8 great-grandchildren; his sister: Joy Briggs of Vevay, Indiana; his brother: Donnie Pavy and his wife: Linda of East Enterprise, Indiana and his several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Wilbur F. and Edith (Orem) Pavy; his brothers: Halstead, Ray, Marvin, Rev. Doyle, Paul and Wilfred Pavy and his sister: Helen Cleeter.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, August 30, 2016, at 1:00 pm, by Grant Pavy, at the Haskell & Morrison Funeral Home, 208 Ferry Street Vevay, Indiana 47043

Interment will follow in the Vevay Cemetery, Vevay, Indiana.
