MILAN – The KC Driving School in Milan is under investigation after complaints referenced by multiple customers.

Investigators at the Milan Police Department say some students claim they did not receive driving lessons or certifications after paying for training at the driving school located on Warpath Drive.

Last month, the Indiana Attorney General launched an investigation into the KC Driving School in Aurora amid similar allegations.

Owner Kimberly Cleeter, of Dillsboro, said in a July 17 Facebook post, “The messages put on FB and other ways have been stating I stole your money and I’m a crook, etc. I’m resolving this matter that fastest I can as this is costing me a lot of money not being able to hold classes and drives”

“I plan to fulfill all and not take any new until completed. I’m not stealing and if you want your money back, it will be repaid as soon as can be.”

The driving school lost its operating license on June 30 and previously stated it is working to have it renewed.

Milan Police ask any customers that did not receive training or certification at the Milan branch to contact them at (812) 654-2211.
