Greensburg, Ind. — MainSource Bank will collect items for New Directions of Decatur County at the Greensburg and Westport locations through Friday, May 26.
Suggested items include:
- Food: Macaroni and cheese (boxes or single serve), Canned Ravioli / Spaghetti O’s, Spaghetti Sauce and Noodles, Fruit Cups / Cans, Juice Boxes
- Hygiene / Toiletries: Hairdryer (new or gently used), Curling Iron (new or gently used), Straightening Iron (new or gently used), Hairspray, Hair Brushes and Facial Tissues
- Gift Cards / Cash to purchase Frozen Foods
Drop off locations are the Westport Branch at 102 Underwood Drive, The Greensburg Main Branch at 201 N Broadway St, Greenburg Plaza at 304 E 10th St and the Greensburg Headquarters at the State Road 3 bypass.
The mission of New Directions of Decatur County is to increase awareness about domestic violence and to assist individual victims break free from the cycle of physical and emotional abuse. They offer confidential and free services for victims of domestic violence or abuse, regardless of sex, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, color, religion, national origin, marital status or disability. New Directions has a professionally trained and friendly staff to listen to everyone and develop a plan of action.
