Lady Raiders Rally To Defeat Lady Pacers

VolleyballSR pulled out a conference win tonight in 5 games against Switzerland County 23-25, 21-25, 25-15, 25-13, 15-13.

‘Well, the first two games weren’t pretty, we were slow and not ready to play, which cost us losses in the first two sets. Not the way I wanted to start off conference play and I let them know. They responded with a 3 game comeback playing very well in sets three and four, but set five we let Switz get some momentum, I used both of my time outs to keep reminding them how important this game was and how short of a game it is to 15. We pulled out the win, and although we showed some mental toughness by being down 2-0 and winning 3 sets straight, I told them, It’s too late in the season for this nonsense. We have to start off strong and come ready to play.’ Raiders Coach Robyn Greiwe.
