Lady Eagles Regional Champs!

JCD Eagles BallKudos to The Jac-Cen-Del Lady Eagles on winning The Class 1A Basketball Regional Title at Southwestern Shelby.

In the earlier Regional Games, JCD defeated The Indy Tindley Lady Tigers 74-30.  The White River Valley Lady Wolverines won against The Morristown Lady Jackets 48-45.

For The Regional Championship Game, The Lady Eagles captured their 6th Regional Crown by edging out WRV by the score of 53-52.

This is the 2nd Regional Championship Win for Coach Scott Smith.

JCD will be advancing on to The Semi-States on Saturday (3-1) battling The Vincennes Rivet Lady Patriots in The Class 1A Southern Bracket.  The game will be played at Richmond tipping off at 1 PM.

Batesville’s Children’s Lantern Parade starts the joyous festivities, followed by the Tree Lighting Ceremony. Hot cocoa and cookies provided. Local choirs perform seasons classic. Starts at 5 pm on Thursday, December 3. No admission charge.
