St. Louis 8th Grade Lady Cardinals traveled across town to face the Batesville Bulldogs Monday night and were defeated by a final score of 23 to 17.
St. Louis was solid on both ends of the floor in the first half, but came out flat in the second half, thanks to some adjustments made by the Bulldogs.
Hanna Hurm led St. Louis in scoring with 9 points. Kate Burkhart & Harlee Masavage added 4 points each.
The Lady Cardinals had great team defense that included Kate Poltrack, Avery Roell, Sara Preston & Hailey Mohr.
