The Batesville Lady Bulldogs hosted the lady Knights from South Dearborn Thursday night. Defense was solid for both teams with the exception of a major letdown in the 4th inning by the Bulldogs. With a 2-0 lead the Knights put up 4 runs on 3 hits. The Bulldogs were unable to generate any runs losing 6-0.
The Bulldogs drop to 3-6 on the season and 2-4 in conference play. They will travel to Greenfield Central on Friday.
