The Lady Dogs make short work of The Lions on their home court.
The JV team started slow but was methodical in their play till they finally prevailed in the first set. The second of the two sets was a lot more up tempo on our side and aggressive, and the scores showed. Dogs over Lions 25-23, 25-13.
Batesville vs. Rushville JV VB (9-23)
In the varsity match we finally saw some of the potential show thru and a bit of understanding take place. The girls played with a little more confidence in their steps as they were learning more to give it all during play and have no regrets. This saw them completing plays and patterns in their offence and several girls serving 100% on the evening. It was good to see a bit of swagger return to the court. Dogs over lions 25-14, 25-18, 25-14.
Batesville vs. Rushville Varsity VB (9-23)
All three teams will be in action thursday evening at South Dearborn. Freshman & JV start times will be 5:00pm, with varsity to follow.
