The 7th grade Lady Bulldogs secured their first win against Milan last night. Their efforts proved successful by fighting to the very end and coming out on top with a score 20-18. Katie Brewer came alive underneath, being the leader scorer with 8 points!
Catherine Raab worked the point and hit a jumper to take them ahead at the very end and had 6 total points. Kylie Laker had 4 points and Paige Oldham chipped in 2!
Everyone played hard and they are ready to end the week with a win against Jac-Cen-Del on Thursday!
The 8th grade Lady Dogs ran their record to 2-0 with a 26-4 win over Milan. Liz Heidlage displayed great court leadership from her point guard position. Carlie Werner and Ellie Cassidy led the team with 8 and 6 points respectively. Anna Bauer and Abby Westerfeld each had 4 points, while Ellie Haverkos and Macy Prickel scored 2 each in the winning effort. The team got solid defensive pressure from Jade McGinnis, Maura Litmer, Gwen Martin, and Taylor Hountz. Keep it up!
