The BMS 8th grade lady Bulldogs lost to South Ripley in a tough fought game by the score of 25 to 23.

The Dogs led at the first break by 1 point but had difficulty scoring in quarter number 2 and fell behind 15 to 10 at half.   Strong second half defense kept BMS in the game allowing only 10 South Ripley second half points. The Dogs came charging back late in the 4th quarter scoring 11 points but a shot at the buzzer did not find its mark.

Kendall Dickman led BMS with 8 points on two three pointers and Hattie Westerfeld scored 8 as well.

It was a great team effort and I proud of the focus, effort, and intensity of the whole team.
