The 7th Grade Batesville Girls’ Basketball team earned their third straight win defeating South Dearborn by the score 21-14.
Seven different players scored for the Lady Dogs. Abigail Westerfeld had 6 points to lead the team, while Liz Heidlage and Macy Prickel scored 4 points each. Ellie Cassidy, Gwen Martin, and Kari Reer all chipped in with 2 points, while Kayla Meyer went 1 for 2 from the free throw line to round out the scoring.

The BMS 8th Grade Girls’ Basketball team lost to South Dearborn in a hard fought, close game. The final score was 17 to 15.
Hattie Westerfeld scored 7 points and Stephanie Nobbe contributed solid defense throughout the game.
