The 7th grade BMS Lady Bulldogs basketball team were defeated by a talented Greendale squad in their first game of the season by the score 49-22.
Carlie Werner and Liz Heidlage led the team in scoring with 11 and 9 points respectively. Abigail Westerfeld chipped in 2 points to round out the scoring.
The girls will travel to Waldron on Monday, January 26th for their next game.

The BMS 8th grade girls’ basketball team lost to Greendale in their season opener by a score of 36 to 24.
Hattie Westerfeld led the team in scoring with 12 points, Ellie Waechter added 8, and Kendall Dickman contributed 6 points. Caitlyn Broering had a team high 8 rebounds.
