WIth the win, Batesville’s Katie Thomas (#12), took over the All Time Assist Record at BHS. Previous record holder,semi-state finalist & EIAC MVP Carley Paul (#6, class 2011), set the bar at 1668 Assists. Thomas’s 25 Assist performance placed her over the top by 23 Assists, Making the season the limit for Thomas to set the new Bar. Thomas also holds the Single Season Assist Record with last years regional team at 1158 Assists, and the Single Game Assist Record with 62 Assists in a five game match against rival Lawrenceburg on 10/10/13.
Batesville will welcome the Lady Tigers from Lawrenceburg on Tuesday, 9/2/14 with a 5 PM start time for both the Freshman and JV. Varsity game to follow.
