NightRangerThe Haynes Apperson Festival in Kokomo ended a successful three-day run Saturday night with a large crowd at Foster Park down town attending a free concert sponsored by Shine 99 featuring Night Ranger. The concert was followed by the city’s Fourth of July Celebration fireworks. The park was overflowing with vendors and all of the fair food expected at an Indiana festival. The event featured a line up of entertainment that included not only Night Ranger but Blue Oyster Cult Thursday  Night followed by Here Come The Mummies Friday night  and The Eric Steckel Band opening for Night Ranger Saturday. A parade, carnival rides and a car show provided something for everyone. Plans for next year’s event will start in August.
