Katherine Mary Wells, 86 of Indianapolis and formerly of Milan passed away Tuesday May 17, in McCordsville, Indiana. She was born Tuesday June 6, 1929 the daughter of Nicholas and Alma (Billman) Shorten. She married Lowell Wells who preceded her in death April 26. 2005.
Katherine is survived by daughters Linda (Donald) Treat and Colleen Morgan, son Rick (Rita) Wells, 2 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and 1 great great Grandson. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter Janet Wells and great granddaughter Paige Marie Thompson.
Visitation service will be Saturday May 21, 12-1PM at Laws-Carr-Moore Funeral Home, Milan. Graveside services will follow at St. Charles Catholic Cemetery at Milan with Father Frank Eckstein officiating.
