John Alan & Savannah Marie Vanek, infant twins of Matt & Lindsay (Burns) Vanek of Indianapolis, passed away on Friday, June 6, 2014 at the Community North Hospital in Indianapolis. They were born on June 6, 2014 in Indianapolis.
They are survived by their parents; Grandparents, John “Jack” & Kathleen Vanek, Griffith, IN, Jeff & Diane Burns, Greensburg; great grandparents, Don & Lou Ann Burns, Greensburg, Marilyn Moeller, Greensburg; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at the St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Greensburg with Rev. John Meyer officiating. Interment will be held in the St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Greensburg, Indiana. Memorials may be made to the St. Mary’s Catholic Church Building Fund or to the donor’s choice. Medicare Open Enrollment is October 1 through December 7, 2015. This is a time when Medicare beneficiaries may make changes in their prescription drug and/or Advantage plans without penalties. The State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) provides free, unbiased health insurance information to people with Medicare. SHIP helps those already enrolled or those getting ready to enroll in Medicare to be wise consumers and get the most value for their healthcare dollars. To learn more about your Medicare options, Marj Willer, SHIP volunteer, will be on-hand at several libraries and the Batesville YMCA on several dates.
