Grace E. Franklin, 83 of Milan, passed away Monday February 10, 2014 at Ripley Crossing in Milan. Grace was born Saturday July 12, 1930 in Hindman, KY, the daughter of John and Susie (Cornett) Terry.  She was a homemaker and a member of Milan Wesleyan Church.  She married Cordis Franklin December 22, 1949 and he preceded her in death July 6, 2009.      

Grace is survived by sons: Michael (Linda) Franklin of Dillsboro; Gary (Debbie) Franklin of Aurora; 5 Granchildren: Emily, Cory(Rebecca), Christopher Franklin, Danielle (James) Saylor and Michelle (Eric) McKittrick; 2 Great-Grandchildren; Brother; Ernest Terry of Belleville Michigan; Sisters: Evaleen Combs of Hindman, Ky; Nadine Cornett of Columbus, Ohio; Grace was preceded in death by her husband Cordis Franklin, 2 brothers and 4 Sisters.      

     Funeral services will be Friday February 14, 10AM at Milan Wesleyan Church with Pastor LaMar Brown officiating. Burial will follow in Craven Cemetery.  Visitation will be Thursday February 13, 5-8PM at Laws-Carr-Moore Funeral Home in Milan.  Laws-Carr-Moore Funeral Home entrusted with arrangements.  Box 243, 707 South Main Street, Milan, IN 47031; (812)654-2141.  Memorials may be given to Milan Wesleyan Church or Milan Food Pantry.
