Dark Spots Being Eliminated At TPA Park

June 24, 2013
By

The Board of Works took steps to alleviate dark spots in TPA Park by approving temporary and permanent lighting in certain areas. Parks Superintendent Ron Gant said the Frankfort Police Department and Frankfort City, Light and Power made notes of the spots last year and put a plan into place. The lights, which will be in not highly populated areas during the year, will be in place for the Fourth of July celebration that will be held at the park. Gant also said the area between the office, golf course and zoo will be getting permanent lights.
