INDIANAPOLIS – The “Battle of I-74” did not bode well for the Cincinnati Bengals as the team was blanked by the Colts 27-0 at Lucas Oil Stadium.

Sunday’s game was the first time the Bengals have been shut out since 2009 against the New York Jets.

Andrew Luck threw two touchdown passes and led the Colts offense to 502 total yards.

The offensive performance by the Bengals was nothing to write home about, as the team could only muster 103 passing yards and 32 rushing yards.

The team returns to Paul Brown Stadium to face the division-leading Baltimore Ravens on Sunday at 1 p.m.

Cincinnati is currently in second place in the AFC North with a record of 3-2-1. Baltimore and Indianapolis are both 5-2.
