2 large hard-boiled eggs, chopped 2 large hard-boiled egg whites, chopped 1-2 teaspoons spicy mustard 2 tablespoons plain yogurt, Greek or regular 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise Pepper to taste 1/8 – ¼ teaspoon Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning   Mix all ingredients to desired consistency.
