Macy’s will partner with Dearborn Highlands Arts Council to invite customers to participate in Macy’s 10th annual national “Shop for a Cause” charity shopping event on Saturday, August 29. Customers can purchase shopping passes for $5 each from the council now. Each pass saves 25% all day on regular, sale, and clearance items and 10% on electronics, watches, furniture, and more. Macy’s has provided the council with shopping passes to sell for $5 each and the council will keep 100% of every shopping pass it sells. Some exclusions apply on discounts obtained with the passes. To purchase a pass, contact the Dearborn Highlands Arts Council at 812-539-4251.

Milan Community Dollars for Scholars will be hosting their 18-hole Best Ball Scramble on Saturday, August 29 starting at 8:00 am at the Hoosier Links Golf Course in Milan. Cost is $50 person (4-person team). Green fees, cart rental, lunch, refreshments. Hole-in-one contest for $300. Prizes include $200 for 1st place, $100 for 2nd place. Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin Hole also awarded. Mail check or money order to: Milan Community Dollars for Scholars P.O. Box 504 Milan, IN 47031 Non-refundable for no shows.
