Honorary Ceremony for Veterans @ Batesville Area

VFW Post 3183 American Legion Post 271 The Honor Guard and Firing Squad will honor our deceased beterans with a brief ceremony at each of six local cemetereis. Each ceremony will consist of a brief prayer, three volleys of fire and the playing of Taps. The schedule is as follows: 8:00 AM – Holy family Cemetery (Oldenburg) 8:30 AM – Saint Anthony Cemetery (Morris) 9:00 AM – Saint Mark Cemetery 9:30 AM – Saint John Cemetery (Huntersville) 10:00 AM – Saint Louis Cemetery 10:30 AM – Methodist Cemetery This will be followed by Memorial Day observance at Liberty Park at 11:00 AM, hosted by the American Legion. An open house at the American Legion will follow the ceremony at Liberty Park. The public is cordially invited to attend any or all of these ceremonies.Share this:TweetEmailPrint
