The Batesville wrestling team traveled to St Leon to wrestle in the annual EC 6-way. Participating teams include: East Central, Cambridge City Lincoln, Tri High, Lawrenceburg, Shenandoah, and Batesville. The Bulldogs were able to get one team win on the day while the Trojans walked away on the day beating all teams going 5-0.
Team scores were: Tri High 51 Batesville 30; Lawrenceburg 60 Batesville 24; Shenandoah 54 Batesville 30; EC 60 Batesville 12; and Batesville 48 Cambridge City Lincoln 18.
Batesville Individual Wins: John Moody 4-1; Michael Deal 3-1; Jackson Wooldridge 3-2; Chris Schene 3-2; Xavier King 3-2; Jon Kurtz 3-2; Abram Garcia 2-3; Mitchell Thomas 2-3; and Miguel Ramirez 2-1.
