The Batesville Varsity Tennis team defeated South Dearborn 5-0 on Thursday.
#1 Singles- Beau Brown defeated George Ballart 6-0, 6-0.
#2 Singles- Ben Schwettman defeated Kyle McGaha 6-3, 6-1.
#3 Singles- Spencer Rose defeated Brandon Conner 6-0, 6-0.
#1 Doubles- Paul Ritter and Harsh Patel beat Brett Upton and Amdam Nebrugge 6-1, 6-1.
#2 Doubles- Jonathan Kunkel and Will Harmeyer defeated Kyle Swanson and Drew Miller 6-0, 6-0.
In JV, Batesville won 5-1. Winners were George Ritter, Sam Geisting, Lane Westerfeld, and Brayden Worthington, as well as the doubles team of Jacob Christie and Mitch Esser.
The varsity is now 3-1 while the JV is 4-0. Both teams will travel to Greensburg on Monday.
